Pork Steaks are a Midwest classic and we give ours a special reverse-sear treatment: first dusting the steaks lightly with Magic Dust®, then infusing with the gentle smoke of apple wood. You'll finish them off by grilling and caramelizing them with thin coats of barbecue sauce and a final sprinkle of Magic Dust® ~ both included.
Finish them on the grill or in a cast-iron pan on the stove top.

**PLEASE NOTE: When checking out, you must a select a shipping date on the calendar. That date is the SHIP date, not the receiving date. From Memorial Day through mid-September (summer season), we only ship barbecue Monday through Thursday. From Mid September through the following Memorial Day (cool season) we only ship barbecue Monday through Wednesday. ALL OF OUR BARBECUE ARRIVES TO YOU VIA 1- or 2-DAY SHIPPING. Orders must be received by 12 noon to ship that day. We're in a small town and our shipping service picks up mid-afernoon. If you absolutely need this barbecue the next day, and you're ordering around noon, kindly call our office at 618-684-8902 so we're sure to be aware of the order. We'd hate to miss it.
