Pork Steaks are a Midwest classic and we give ours a special reverse-sear treatment: first dusting the steaks lightly with Magic Dust®, then infusing with the gentle smoke of apple wood. You'll finish them off by grilling and caramelizing them with thin coats of barbecue sauce and a final sprinkle of Magic Dust®.
Finish them on the grill or in a cast-iron pan on the stove top.
